I have just signed up to quickbooks but can't connect my royal bank of Scotland account what can I do

We want to assist you with connecting your bank account in QuickBooks Online. However, we need more details about the problem you encounter during the process.

 

Are you getting an error message? Any additional information you can add will help us provide an accurate resolution.

 

Many banks have many names on our list for the same account type. If you're unable to connect, let's ensure to select the correct one or try all possible links.

 

Otherwise, I suggest searching using your banking login URL. This is to ensure you're using the correct link when connecting the bank.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to your bank's website.
  2. Enter your user ID and password.
  3. Copy the bank's URL.
  4. Log in to your QBO account.
  5. Go to Banking and click on Add account
  6. Paste the URL.
  7. Click on the bank's name and sign in to your account.
  8. Follow the onscreen instructions.

I cannot sign into my account. I’m being placed in a loop where I am being asked to change my password. So far, I’ve changed my pass work more than 20 times. I need help from quick book.
