Thanks for reaching out to us. Allow me to assist you in reconnecting your bank accounts, ItsMowTime.
First, I'd like to know if you received an error when reconnecting your bank accounts. I can provide you with an accurate resolution if you encountered one.
Second, you'll want to make sure that your QuickBooks Online mobile app is updated. Go to the App Store or Play Store and update it from there. Once done, refresh the accounts again. Click the burger icon, select Transactions, then click the Refresh button.
You can also resync the app. This can fix any issue that can result in banking errors. From the Gear icon, click Refresh Data, then tap Yes.
If the same thing happens, you'll want to uninstall, then reinstall the QuickBooks Online mobile app. I also suggest using a supported browser and re-connect your bank accounts from there.
I've also added articles about reconciling accounts, fixing banking errors, and other related topics.

Thank you for replying. I'm getting a 572 error code. My app is up to date and I've refreshed the data.
When trying to reauthorise the bank, it sends me in a loop of clicking approval buttons and selecting my bank several times, eventually saying something is wrong and suggesting I try again later.
When accessing my banking app, it says that QB has been linked. In fact where I've been trying over and over, it's linked multiple times. I've removed access from that end and tried the whole process again but it still doesn't work.
So will I have to delete and reinstall the QB app?
Thanks
Thanks for getting back to this thread and for the additional info, @ItsMowTime.
The error code 572 happens when the ones attempting to establish the connection is not the primary user on the Financial website. In this case, let's ensure the primary user at the bank's website must set up the connection in QuickBooks.
If the issue persists, you can delete and reinstall the QuickBooks mobile app. This will help resolve unexpected behavior of the application and start fresh. Here's a quick guide to do it, or visit the link here to reinstall the app directly.
Then, go back to re-authorize your bank connection in QuickBooks.
