Thanks for reaching out in the QuickBooks Community, @rubybryan-hotmai.
Can you share with me the error message you're getting when connecting your account to QuickBooks? Any additional information would be much appreciated.
It's possible that the issue might steam from the browser itself. This may be the reason why you're unable to connect your account and receive an error message.
Sometimes too much cache accumulated in a browser can unexpected behavior with the product. Let's clear this out so we can isolate and fix the issue.
To start, open your account in a private window. This would help us identify if the error is cache-related. Simply press the following shortcut keys:
- Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
Once done, connect again your bank account.
If you're able to link it successfully, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If you're still getting the same result, use another supported browser instead.
I'm also adding this article that as an additional reference in handling your downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE): How to categorise transfers in and out of your bank and credit card accounts.
