We want to lend a hand with your concern about the banking feature. However, we need more insights about it to provide the best resolution and to get this resolved.
Can you share with me more information about the issue in the banking tab and the name of your financial institution? Are you transactions not downloading? Any additional details like screenshots will help ensure a timely solution to get this fixed.
The bank information and transactions will only download if you successfully connected your account. If you haven't done it yet, I suggest following these steps:
- On the left panel, go to Banking.
- Click Add account.
- Enter the bank name or URL.
- Enter your login credentials.
- Hit Continue.
