My bank won't connect to the QuickBooks app I am banking with Danske Bank and I am using a business account, they said the issue is on your end?

I recently contacted my bank after numerous failed attempts over a few days to connect my danske business account with my QuickBooks app. The bank have told me that the issue is nothing to do with them. Can you fix this? I am banking with Danske Bank in Belfast (UK)

Before anything else, may I know what specific error you encountered when you connected your bank?  You can check this article to know what error you encounter and how to fix it:

If you’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps above and the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They can help you look into the issue to figure out what’s causing it and how to fix it.
 
Here’s how:
  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Choose Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter or ask questions.
  4. In Search, choose Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Please select a method of communication to reach out to us.
 
  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
  • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
