Open banking issue

I think this has sorted itself out - the main account is updating fine now.  

But how do I get my transaction over from the savings account into QB's?

Is it a personal or business bank with Santander?

At the moment if it is it would be a case of using the other connection for the savings account until that bank is ready for open banking on its other accounts.It is a case of searching for Santander and there is a Santander- other accounts option if you could try that it should upload the transactions

It has felt like the Monday of all Mondays today so I understand! Too near to Christmas!

If you are using QuickBooks Online

Go to banking>add account>in the search box type in the name of the bank>it will then populate the options one of which will be Santander personal account-other accounts

If you are using Self Employed

Go to the cog in the top right>bank account>connect another account>search Santander and then again you will see Santander personal account - other accounts
