Why does it take QB so long to sort out these issues, you would think the Engineering Team would be on to this immediately and the issue resolved in hours, not weeks??
I have been promised an update in a weeks time, hopeless.
Hello Sarah, thanks for posting on this thread, we have added you onto the investigation, you will receive an email with any updates in the meantime the workaround is to manually import the transactions in via csv file.
Is there any update regarding this bug, really frustrating cant authenticate account. please can you add me to the email updates?
I managed to speak to someone today. They have no interest and won’t admit anything is wrong. You have to go onto the bank account section and add a new connection and reconnect your account. It doesn’t double up any transactions or anything. Every time I go onto the bank account page I can’t get out of it again and back onto the rest of QuickBooks I have to click my bookmarked shortcut to get back to the dashboard. I did get my transactions loaded though.
