If you’ve already tried the steps to reconnect your bank and are still having trouble, we recommend switching to another supported browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for Windows, or Safari for Mac. Doing this can help resolve connectivity or compatibility issues, which could be caused by cached data interfering with the bank reconnection process. If this works, we suggest clearing your browser’s cache to start fresh and ensure QuickBooks runs smoothly when logging in with the same browser.
