Reauthorisation of bank account

I've tried reauthorising my bank account about 4 times now and always the same - something unexpected happened please try later. 

Help please

Furthermore, there are a few reasons why you're getting banking errors in your account. Among these are:

 

  • The bank recently made some changes to their security feature or connection.
  • Log-in credentials set up in QBSE don't match with the online banking login.
  • QBSE is unable to connect to your bank's website.

 

For now, let's perform a few browser troubleshooting solutions to solve this unusual behavior in QBSE. We can start by logging into your account through a private/incognito window. Private browsing prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser issues. To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

Once you're in incognito mode, try to reauthorise your bank account. If the issue persists, I suggest using other supported browsers to rule out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

My bank is first direct.

I've tried now twice on different browsers and incognito and now have a different problems as when it comes to the sign in to your bank page and I click on sign in - nothing happens??

Since, after trying different browsers, you still have an issue when signing in, I recommend contacting your bank. This way, they can help you with the reauthorization process.
