Reconnecting multiple Barclays accounts after 90 days

Hello,

 

I have 3 accounts with Barclays.
I was prompted that I need to reauthorise them after 90 days.

 

I've clicked the link, entered PinSetry details and selected all 3 business accounts on the Barclays screen.

 

However only the first one actually got re-authorised. Remaining accounts two and three still show an error. I've tried to re-authorise them again and tick only one account on the Barclays selection screen but it doesn't make any difference!

 

Anyone experiences this problem? Last time it happened I had to unlink accounts from the bank and add them again - very frustrating and time consuming.

 

Could you please get this fixed?

Do you get any error messages or codes showing up at all when you try and reconnect your Barclay accounts back up?

I get the following message for the two accounts that fail to reconnect:

Bank account reconnection failed

Let’s get to the bottom of this. Find out how to fix it
