We'll have to ensure the date format is correct. Our program accepts format like this: MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY.
You may want to check the spreadsheet again and check the format. Also, ensure the info is correct. The field indicates the start date of the inventory item.

There were no dates in any of the lines. Half were accepted, half failed. On the failed screen I used the calendar to specify a date. I tried today, yesterday, tomorrow, a year ago, the end of the year. None worked. It can't be the date format as the calendar doesn't work either.

Let's make sure that the date you've entered is the start date when you create an inventory item. The inventory as of date is the date you start tracking the quantity on hand of an inventory item in QuickBooks. The Quantity as-of Date field can be applied to an inventory item.
Still, you can follow the suggestion shared by my colleague above. If the same thing happens, we can open your QBO account in a private window or incognito mode. From there, you can import the products into your QBO account.
