TSB Bank have changed there business account web site is there way to change it without removing bank account and re instlling a new bank account ?
Hello there Morte001,
I'm glad to see you dropping by here in the Community. I'm here to share what I know about updating the bank's website in QuickBooks Online.
Right now, you're only able to update the bank's website by disconnecting and reconnecting bank account. With regards to having an option to update the link without removing the bank, I couldn't agree more and I believe the more added flexibility the product has the more it will appeal to the wider audience.
I have added this request to our own internal product enhancement list, which we send directly to our product development team. There are new updated versions to Quickbooks which are released every 4 weeks based on the suggestions we and the engineers receive from our customers, so the more suggestions the better it is to improve our products.

A query. "Right now, you're only able to update the bank's website by disconnecting and reconnecting bank account."
Really? This does not work for me. I've tried this a few times since the issue started - I've tried everything I can think of just for the sake of doing something rather than just sitting accepting it. Even when I knew it was pointless it felt better than being passive!
If I disconect and try reconnecting the bank accunt I get a message saying that the TSB bank is unavailable at the moment and I should try again in a few hours. I've had that same message since this whole thing started.
If this does work for you, then there is a continging issue in that it does not work for all - such as me.
Hi dhlrenn,
I also tried the disconnecting and reconnecting route and found that this did not work.
Currently I would caution against it for the meantime to anybody who has not done this and look to update via CSV if you are able to download a list of your transactions directly from the bank.
Hello there dhlrenn,
Thanks for letting us know what you've done on your end.
TSB updated the website URL for both Business and Personal accounts and there is ongoing maintenance with the website. Since disconnecting and reconnecting the bank account doesn't fix the problem, I encourage you to give us a call. One of our support we'll be able to provide you with more information about the issue.
You can follow these steps to reach us:

I'm here anytime you need further help with connecting your bank account. Wishing you all the best.
Hi AlcaeusF,
Well that's 15 minutes I'm never going to get back. Backwards and forwards with a pleasant person in "chat" to end with
"I checked this with my back end team and found out that we do have a known issue with TSB banking as of the moment, were in our back end team is currently working for the fix. I added the case to the current investigation and will email you once they investigate and fix this for you"
Pretty much what we already knew then - nothing can be done at the moment. Ho hum
Now I'm getting emails from QB help staff.
"This is XXXXX from QuickBooks Online UK. I just want to check in and see if everything is now okay with TSB Banking?
It would be better if you can drop us an email letting us know if you still need further help."
Personally I find this really irritating. An issue is reported, it's still not fixed, and she is now asking me if everything is okay? Surely she should know whether it is fixed or not before contacting me!
