I have an idea of how you can change from undeposited funds to your bank account. You'll want to open your account via a web browser and change it from there. Let me guide you with the steps.
- Open a browser (Chrome or Firefox).
- Sign to https://qbo.intuit.com/.
- In your QBO account, go to +New and then Receive payment.
- Record a payment in the Receive Payment page, select your bank account under the Deposit to drop-down.
- Click Save and close.
With these steps, QuickBooks will remember your last info used as your deposit account. This way, your default accounts will no longer the undeposited funds but your bank. It'll also apply into your mobile device.
