Since the Fix Now option isn’t working, we can manually Update your bank, Nick. If the issue persists, we can disconnect and reconnect your bank account.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the Bank transaction page and click on the account with the issue.
- Click the pencil icon, then choose Edit account info.
- Check the box that says Disconnect this account on save, then click Save.
Keep in mind to categorize any pending transactions in the For Review tab before disconnecting your bank account.
After disconnecting, you can reconnect it by clicking Link Account and follow the steps to set it up again.
