Great to have you in the Community space, @CBC2 Bookkeeper

The option to send remittance advice through email to your supplier isn't available. What we can do for now is manually edit the email address before sending the bill payment.

Rest assured, I'll take note of this idea and share it with our developers. They'll analyze this one and may be added to our future updates. I recommend sending your feedback to the engineers so they can refer to this feature request in future updates: Feedback.

To send feedback in QuickBooks Online, Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Click Product Suggestion.
  4. Choose a feedback type and product area on the QuickBooks Feedback window.
  5. Enter your suggestion or feedback, name, and email address (optional).
  6. Once done, click on the Send Feedback button.

I've added this Community resource in case you've got other QuickBooks-related concerns. You may refer to this article for more details: Community help articles.

Leave a comment on this thread if you still have questions or if you need further assistance. I'd be glad to answer them for you. Take care and have a wonderful day!

Lol make a note of this idea. It’s been in Desktop version for DECADES.

It’s a basic function which should have been in from day one.
