Good Day, @jon-a1creative-c.
You can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this case. There are times the stored cache in the browser can cause unexpected behavior. You'll want to try accessing your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window to rule in/out the browser as the culprit here. Check out the shortcut keys below:
• Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
• Press Command + Shift + N for Safari
Once you're in, try to check your transactions again. If it's now working well, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies to delete the accumulated junk files. Switching to other supported browsers can help resolve the issue too.
