Hi LizaM1, thanks for posting on the Community today
You can use the Split function on the bank transaction (when reviewing in the Bank transactions > For review feed).
On income, this will allow you to split the total amount between different customers (under Received from) and accounts (under Category).
If the payment relates to credit (for example, to be applied against a sales invoice) you can use the Debtors category when splitting the transaction. This will then post as a credit to each customer's account.
If you've already added the payment in QuickBooks, you can see how to split this here. Thanks for reaching Intuit support. We'll be around if you have any further queries.
Great, thank you so much! Am sure this will work perfectly.
Is there any charge for connecting the bank account to Quickbooksonline?
Thanks
Hi LizaM1 There isn't a charge for connecting bank accounts to your QuickBooks account. If you have any further questions please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist you.
