Hello Gail34, Thanks for reaching out to the Community! The email address for that customer, are you entering it on the invoice and it does not accept it, or when setting up the customer itself and adding the customer details? What is the error message that comes up and if you log on to Quickbooks via a private/incognito browsing window does it do the same thing? Thanks
It was when setting up a customer, I have tried in incognito mode and still won't accept it. Message is "Please enter a valid email"
I have found a different email address to send the invoice to. I have gone into the invoice and amended to the email address that it didn't like when setting up and saved and sent and it seems OK with that so far.
