How do i update my logo

Hello there, @petesherriff1.


I'd be glad to show you the process of updating the logo within QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

You'll only need to open the Invoice page. Then, follow the steps below to update your logo successfully.

 

  1. Once you logged in to your QBSE account, go to the Invoices menu. If it's not visible, go to the Gear icon. Then, turn on the Invoices feature.
  2. Click Create invoice.
  3. Select Customize. Then, Design.
  4. Click the Trash icon. Then, upload your new logo.
  5. Save to reflect the changes by clicking the Email drop-down arrow. Then, Save.

 

After you update it, it'll automatically appear when you create your next transactions.

Hi Thanks for that but i think you might be using a different version because I do not have that invoice customisation tab

I really need help with updating my logo and it seems I don't have the option to customize my invoice? how do I change/update versions?

Hi there, thanks for joining this thread. You can update the logo in QuickBooks Self-Employed by creating a new invoice (or edit an existing) > select Work info on the bottom toolbar > Enter your business info and click the logo field to browse & upload.
