I want to make sure I'm clear on this. May I know if you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed or QuickBooks Online for small business?
I'm asking because QBSE, at the moment, can't connect directly to Jobber. If you want to set it up, make sure to reach out to their service provider to get assistance with syncing data into your Self-Employed account.

Great advice thanks. I was using QBSE so that was the problem
