I have tried to 'sign in to account' without success. Is my customer number the bank account number or the online account number?

When connecting QuickBooks Online with your bank the details to connect should be the same process used when signing into your online banking, so whichever information is used for this will be the same.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
