I have and it worked for me, but I wanted to make sure it could be replicated. Good news to hear that one part of the issue is now fixed.
I'll raise the nuance of not being able to go back to the page you were on and instead, going back to page 1 after viewing an idea that could have been on page 3 for example.

@JSSE @JackS The UK section of the board had always gone back to the first page after viewing any post from page 2 onwards. This is mentally annoying, But, to be frank, I'm beyond caring. Just shows the lack of customer care if it's taken 3 months to fix a simple error on a web site. A but like the curser losing it's postion on the invoice page, that took a year.
Now, imaging how long it's going to take to roll out any suggestion from the ideas exchange. I think I'll have retired by then.

This is shockingly incompetent of the QuickBooks Development Team - or whoever it is that you are claiming to be working on this!
I think it's time that someone from QuickBooks management stepped in here to apologise to customers for such poor customer service and to get something resolved.

Hi @JSSE, this issue has now been fixed and it'll be rolled out within the next 24-48 hours. I apologise for the amount of time it's taken. I want to assure you that we are looking into these issues and getting it fixed is a priority for us.

Hi @JSSE @Mark Armistead , just an update to let you know that the issue with viewing ideas on page 4, for example, and then clicking the back button, it taking you back to page 1 has now been fixed. Please feel free to test it yourself and let me know if you also see this change. If you see anything different, this would also be very helpful to know.

That's better Jack, working fine here thank you. Now, what you need to get them to do is, do the same with the whole forum. Surely it's the same 'fix' as theat section.

Maybe this needs sorting asap too as everything should roll down off a change log. Especially when thing like the Planner gets dumped with zero announcement other than other users posts. Or when reports are being changed for the newer 'enhanced' version, or new additions to the Dahsboard, or when the VAT section gets changed back to 'Taxes' and is then removed as a shortcut from the side menu etc etc etc, All unannounced, all unlogged and noted for users to expect.
Please also fix the Assistant, which has been discussed in another thread for over 2 months, but with no improvements, clarity or changes. Thanks.

@JackSIt seems the fix has been rolled out on the forums. It now doesn't jump back to page 1 when by default.
Now, we just need to get stuck into these actual product issues now Jack, and launch the Ideas Exchange forum section properly, have a front page direct link, and a true change log so we can all keep up with any changes.

A) There is no option to search WITHIN Idea Exchange, only the whole community. So we can't find a well expected suggestion to vote on it.
B) Stupidly, a million votes on a suggestion/complaint on the main forum, doesn’t compel QB, it must be on Idea Exchange.
As a temporary workaround, when posting on Idea Exchange, put a link to the post on the thread of that topic in the main forum.
My idea was removed after just a few months. For 2 of those months the ideas board was broken so nobody could possibly vote on it.
The link doesn't work. It says I don't have sufficient privileges to access the page.
Hi @Accracy Accounting, I have just verified that the link works as it should my end, which it does. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, as this may help?
