Welcome and thanks for using QuickBooks Online for your business, @Junkyjoo.
Just a quick overview, QuickBooks uses cache to speed up page loading. However, it may run into unexpected issues like missing data, tabs or navigation menu.
We can troubleshoot this issue by clearing your main browser's cache. Before we begin, let's confirm this browser-related issue by logging in to your account using private or incognito window of your preferred browser.
Below are the following keyboard shortcut keys for your reference:
- Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If the menu bar is now available, I'd suggest going back to your regular browser, then start clearing it's cache. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browser for better isolation.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Customer Care team so we can take a closer look at the problem.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
