Hi, yes. They show on 1 phone via the app but not on the other. I can't use an Internet browser to access my account, so that isn't an option either.

I have a Samsung 21 ultra and 24 ultra.
I've just checked online and all notes have disappeared there too.
Any help will be appreciated as its years of information.
Hi hammerlfc-google If the the customer notes are visible when you are using one of your mobile devices that would indicate that it could be an issue with the other device/the app on that device. We'd be grateful if you can follow the steps below, if that doesn't resolve the issue we'd also be grateful if you can uninstall and reinstall the app. Are you using a computer when logging in using a browser?
