Yes, finding an address using postcodes is available in QuickBooks, Alison.
QuickBooks has a link to Google Maps, where you can enter the postcode of the address you want to search. This link is located in the address section of the Customer and Supplier Information pages. To validate your address, I suggest visiting this link: https://www.postoffice.co.uk/postcode-finder.
Once verified, try performing some basic troubleshooting and enter the correct address again. You can use a private browser to verify if this is caused by the system or your browser.

Then, check to see if it works. If they are, then your main browser may have too much historical data from previously visited websites which slows down internal processes and causes this kind of behavior.

Thank you but that was not my question at all.
The issue I am having relates to my ProAdvisor profile (as mentioned). Being in Jersey (Channel Islands) we fall under Quickbooks UK but Jersey isn't part of the UK, although it part of Great Britain. That is why only English counties are coming up as an option when I try and enter my address.
It will not let me save anything else in the profile until the address can save.
