Intergrate with WooCommerce in WordPress

I'm in the UK so would prefer a UK point of view if possible?

Though I guess I may get more replies in the US. Can I do both?

We are a business training centre which offers courses across 5 centres which customers choose from a range of set dates online. They can either pay by card, PayPal, a deposit, purchase order, bank transfer or choose to be invoiced 14 days day prior.

What you want to happen is absolutely possible through an app. You have a few options for UK QBO accounts:

My Works Software -

I don't personally have experience with using these apps for WooCommerce but we have experience integrating other platforms such as Shopify and the integration works well. 

In terms of transitioning from KashFlow to QuickBooks, we have more experience of this and do not recommend transferring data across as it does not go across well, particularly if you require multi currency.  Instead what we would recommend is a cut-off point from KashFlow and a list and balance transfer (i.e. customers, suppliers, chart of accounts (including balances and full list of debtors and creditors).
