Hello Lynda24, thanks for posting on the Community page, Are you using a Safari browser? If so can you try on google chrome browser and the search bar should be showing in there for you.
Why should that make a difference? It was working two days ago. Stop changing things unless you've asked us- it's hugely inconvenient and annoying.
Hi Lynda24, im not sure why it was changed, we will pass this feedback onto the team. You could try a hard refresh and see if it brings the search bar back for you otherwise it is a case of having to use chrome.
@lynda24I use Safari and the search box is visible. Have you tried another OS/MacOS device? Safaris is common betwen them both.

I logged into my account and I can still see the main search box in both the web and desktop app versions. Let's rest your app to check if that would restore the feature.
Simply navigate to the Help menu and select the Reset App Data option. This action will refresh the system and eliminate any data that could potentially be responsible for the absence of the Search box.
After that, go back to the main customer page and check if you can already see it.
