I appreciate your efforts to bring this to our attention, battleyaaron.

Could you please give me a few details or specify the name of the page or section within the QuickBooks Online mobile app where you no longer see the GL codes?

Additionally, if possible, can please provide a screenshot of the page or section where you are experiencing this issue? This will help us better understand the situation and provide you with accurate troubleshooting steps to address your concern.

Thank you for getting back to this thread and providing more information, battleyaaron.

Let's troubleshoot your app to isolate damaged cache-related issues. It usually causes unexpected behaviors when working with the application.

For Android:

  1. Head to your device Settings.
  2. Click on Apps. Although it varies by device.
  3. Select the QuickBooks app from the list.
  4. Choose Storage, then clear data.

For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings on your device, then General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage and QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Free up storage without deleting app data by tapping Offload App.

However, you can also close and restart the application or uninstall and re-install it if the issue persists.

On the other hand, you can utilize the web browser as an alternative.
