Slow

Since yesterday 31 May 2022 I have noticed QBO UK Plus is very slow. This experience has been across several sets.

 

Kindly advice and fix this asap.

@GeorgiaC Read my post. I have tried logging in from more than one PC, used more than one browser, Chrome, checked speeds, tried different sets of Books... QBO, despite ruling out other factors, is slow from yesterday afternoon.

I'll help get this sorted out. Appreciate the info about the basic PC and browser troubleshooting steps you've done. Since you're still experiencing the lagging issue, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. This way, they can create a ticket for you and investigate further.

 

From there, you'll receive an email notification for the resolution status. Here's how to reach out:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief a description, then tap Continue.
  4. Choose either Chat.

 

By calling in, our engineers will have a way of checking your account and other affected users and fixing the issue.
