Hi Neil1972 The self employed product is a partial template, boxes 15-47 of the self assessment form and enables you to account for your allowable and disallowable expenses. Capital purchases have to be accounted for in the actual self assessment for in 'Tax allowances for vehicles and equipment (capital allowances) section boxes 49-59. We must make you aware that we're not accountants and you should qualify any advice we give you with an accountant or HMRC.
