Hi gaurav-rightstep You're not able to account for customer refunds within the self employed product therefore you'll have to exclude the transaction. This is done by selecting the transaction that appears and select the ' Exclude this transaction (this is for duplicates, reimbursements, customer refunds, and returned purchases' option.
