I appreciate you deleting your third employee, re-entering his/her details, and checking all his/her information.
I'll help ensure you're able to see the employee in the program so you'll be able to pay him/her.
Just to verify, which status did you set up for the employee? If it's active, this employee is visible when you're creating payslips. If it's a leaver status, you can't see him/her when you're creating payslips. For more information, please see this article: Managing an Employee Status.
If you've verified the status is still active, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to help isolate this issue. Let’s first use private browsing since it it doesn’t store data in the cache. By doing so, we can check to see if this is a browser-related issue or not.
If you're using Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, you can press Ctrl + Shift + P on your keyboard to open a private browser. For Safari, you can press Command + Shift +N. Then, press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome.
If the private browser works, I'd suggest clearing the browser's cache to get a clean slate for your regular browser. If it doesn't work, you can use another compatible browser as an alternative.
After that, you'll need to sign back in to your account. Then, let's check if you're able to see now the third employee.
