Can I convert from advanced to standard payroll.

You'll have to contact our Payroll Care Team so someone can help you downgrade your payroll subscription. They have tools needed to pull up your account and guide you through the steps in downgrading your subscription.

1. Go to Help.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Downgrade Payroll Subscription in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Click Let's talk.
5. Select Message an agent or Get a callback.
