Hello Shelly, have you checked Your PAYE credentials to make sure they are correct, if you have been issued new credentials you would need to use those. If the credentials are correct then you would need to speak to HMRC as the response we are getting from them is that the PAYE scheme is cancelled. I can see you send an email reply to the case we appreciate HMRC are a nightmare to get hold of but you will need to ring them im afraid to make sure everything is correct.
