Has Payroll pricing changed?

I've got a message saying I can't use Payroll until I've accepted a price change from 2020!

Has Payroll pricing changed?

Thanks for joining the Community, accounts575

We recently changed the Payroll per employee fee for QuickBooks Online Payroll, however, there error that you're experiencing seems to be unrelated to this.

I can see you've been in contact with our support team who're currently researching the cause of the error. Please await further contact from the team via email - thanks for your patience while we work on this in the meantime.

Has Payroll pricing changed?

I was hoping to see whether or not any other users had the same issue.
It appears to be an error on your part that is preventing me from using Payroll which I need to do in the next 2 days.
The promise of a response, not a solution, within 7-10 working days is simply not good enough.

Has Payroll pricing changed?

Hi accounts575, at the moment the issue is company-specific meaning it isn't impacting all QuickBooks Online Payroll accounts.

We appreciate the situation isn't ideal; 7-10 business days is the standard timeframe given by our higher support team, but updates and fixes can be provided sooner and are dependent on the issue at hand. Please be assured we're working towards a resolution as soon as possible.
