The payslip might not have all the information you needed to setup the employee’s profile. If they’re unable to provide you their P45, you’ll need to ask them the following information manually:
• date of birth
• gender
• full address
• start date
• full name
• leaving date from their last job
• total pay and tax paid to date for the current tax year
• student loan deduction status
• National Insurance number
• existing tax code
You’re employee might need to ask a copy of the last P45 they’ve submitted to their other employer to get these information.
