You can double-check your employee's tax setup and make sure that it's correct.
- Go to Employees and click the employee's name.
- Click on Tax information and review its details.
If everything is correct, please get in touch with our payroll agents to investigate this further. They have a tool for a screen-sharing session, and they can help you adjust your tax when necessary.
- Click on Help and choose Contact us.
- Enter a short summary of your concern and click on Let's talk.
- Choose from Chat or Get a callback.
