To ensure that everything is sorted out, you’ll need to contact our Customer Care team. With their tools, they can determine what documents you need to comply with to settle the issue.
Here’s how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?).
- In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat available all day, Monday-Friday.
- Call us. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
