To do so, you simply need to cancel your account. The process depends on where you bought your subscription. If you directly purchase it from Intuit, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your QBO account as an admin user.
- Next, go to the Settings menu and select Account and settings.
- Then, navigate to the Billing & subscription tab.
- From the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
