I'm here to guide you on how you can delete and manage your data in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Heenan.
Sometimes you need to start fresh with your QBO company. If your account has been active for more than 90 days, you're unable to delete your data. You'll have to cancel your account, then start a new subscription instead.
However, if your account is within 90 days of signing up, you can reset your data. This is applicable for QBO Plus or Essentials users only. With QBO Simple Start, you need to cancel your current account and start a new one.
Before doing so, please note that this process will delete all data in your company file. Once you delete it, you can’t restore it. Whenever you're ready, follow these steps:

In case you only want to remove your transactions until 31st March 2022 (not including accounts or tags), you can manually delete them in QuickBooks. You can refer to this article for the complete details: Void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Open a new blank QBO account
then utilize a 3rd party tool to migrate your ending balance from your old account as beginning balance for the new account. Otherwise, consider purchasing a 3rd party service to do so.
