How do I run a P11 report in Advanced Payroll?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So there is no P11 report in advanced payroll there is only a P11D report. If you have a look at this article tells you more  P11D won't populate for this tax year. You set up the benfits now and they will be used for the next year. So this is currently working correctly it wont show till next tax year this article here also tells you more the P11 D (b) is to claim back the NI for any payrolling benefits they have registered with at HMRC however they also have to submit the P11D but that option isn't implemented yet

How do I run a P11 report in Advanced Payroll?

Hi Ashleigh, I wasn't asking about P11D, I was asking about P11, which is a summary of all payments and deductions to an employee, broken down into pay periods.  Does Advanced payroll not offer this?

Hello Kate, In advanced payroll there is no P11 report only the P11D.

Is there a comparable report which will show me a summary of deductions for an employee by month for the tax year so far.  There is a problem with the Director's NI deductions but it is very difficult to be sure if you don't have a summary showing the deductions by month for each individual, and instead have to look at each individual payroll summary or payslip

I can see how beneficial it is for your business to have a built-in report that will show all details mentioned above including the P11 report in QuickBooks Advanced Payroll. This lets you easily view your workers’ deductions without opening their payslips one at a time.


That said, I encourage submitting feedback about this feature straight to our engineers. Your suggestions will guide them on which area in QuickBooks needs enhancements. Then consider in future updates.


Here’s how:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), tap the Gear icon in the upper right and select Feedback under Profile.
  2. This will open a window that lets you enter your product suggestions.
  3. From there, enter your ideas in the field box.
  4. Click Next to submit.


You can bookmark the links below for future references. These articles contain lists of all tasks you can do in QBO Advanced Payroll. From there, you’ll also see the reports included in your subscription to name a few.
