How do I stop using QuickBooks?

I'm glad that you're part of the QuickBooks family. I'd like to share some ideas and help you cancel QuickBooks.

If you're using free trial service, QuickBooks will automatically cancel the account once the 30 days. As long as you did not enter your credit card information, you will not be charged for the subscription. If you've decided to cancel it now, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
3. In the Billing & Subscription tab, click the Cancel Trial option.
4. Then, click the Continue to cancel button.

On the other hand, if you have a paid status, you can still follow the first and second steps above. Then, continue the steps below:

1. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel. This option is for the paid subscription.
2. Click Continue to Cancel. 
3. Then, click Cancel one more time to verify the cancellation.
