I have completed the last tax year and submitted it to HMRC and downloaded the p60 etc, however I can't see an option to start this new tax year??
Hello Clarek16, it will automatically start a new tax year if you have completed the previous one.
Hi Ashleigh, thank you for your reply, it hasn't started a new tax year, there is no option to do so? I have noted this has happened to previous business owners asking for support. It's essentially signed off the year and doesn't allow an option to continue.

You should have the option to start a new tax year within your book by utilising the This is the last payroll button. This behavior needs to be checked securely by pulling up your account using the right tools. And, we can only do that in the phone call.
With that, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team to investigate this behavior. Doing this helps us to figure out the main cause of why it's happening. Once they get it, you'll receive the correct procedure on how to fix this in no time.
