I got them to show up. I had to go to payrole then under the dropdown for manage employees I selected import timesheets. I then selected quickbooks and set the date range and imported. Once this had done the hours showed up in the payrun as i wanted and all was ok.
So in summary not only do i need to export the time from quickbookstime I needed to import in quickbookes as well.
Seems overly complicated, I dont understand why it is not integrated together better so what is in one is live in the other auto synced instead of constant need to export import like they are totally separate platforms. I can understand if the time app was from a different company but mine are both quickbooks so they ought to be more in tune. Just my opinion for constructive feedback purposes.
