My time sheets are all approved but dont show up in the payroll?

I got them to show up. I had to go to payrole then under the dropdown for manage employees I selected import timesheets. I then selected quickbooks and set the date range and imported. Once this had done the hours showed up in the payrun as i wanted and all was ok.

So in summary not only do i need to export the time from quickbookstime I needed to import in quickbookes as well.

Seems overly complicated, I dont understand why it is not integrated together better so what is in one is live in the other auto synced instead of constant need to export import like they are totally separate platforms. I can understand if the time app was from a different company but mine are both quickbooks so they ought to be more in tune. Just my opinion for constructive feedback purposes.

I have troubleshooting steps to help fix the missing timesheets in your QuickBooks account, @stokecleaningco.

I know how important it is to pay your employees on time. No worries, I'll help you every step of the way to fix this problem.

Ensure that the Pay Schedule and Pay Period Date are selected correctly. This way, to ensure that we can see your employee's timesheets.

Once confirmed and the issue persists, I'd recommend logging into your account through incognito. This way, we can verify if this is a browser-related problem.

Use the hotkeys below:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  •  Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once logged in, click Pay run again to verify if it's performing well. If you're able to see the timesheets, please return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache

Once everything is fixed, you have the option to run the Payroll Details (Gross to the net) report. See this link for more information: View reports in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.

Moreover, visit these articles below on how to delete, view, email, and print payslips after running payroll:
