You can enter payroll using the backdated (previous) date. Or, you can enter a year to date payroll following these steps:
- Tap Employees on the left pane.
- Select the employee you wish to enter YTD figures for.
- Hit Year to Date on the left menu.
- You will notice all the fields are inactive. To make the field active and available to change, click Make Adjustments on the bottom right corner.
- Add the Year to Date values for the appropriate fields into the Adjustments column.
