I have set up my company on payroll but now when I go in to either run payroll early or click on employee I get the following message - ! We’re Sorry you don’t have access rights to view this data. I have been in already to put an employee on and the company details so why has it changed to no access??

I'll share some insights on how to get around this issue. You'll want to get in touch with your company admin. There's a great chance they've changed your user access. Thus, you're unable to access the employees and payroll feature.
If you're the admin of the account, I recommend contacting our support team. One of our live agents can securely look into your account and check the reason for the error.

Can we ask what payroll you are using in your account is it Advanced or Standard? Also could you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and see if that resolves it or if you still have an issue let us know.
We use Standard. I have cleared the cookies and data turned the computer off and back on but when I login I still can’t use employees or run payroll early. I have attached a screenshot of the screen to show you.
