I'd suggest contacting our Payroll Support team. Our dedicated team can securely access your account and has the necessary tools to double-check what's causing this to happen.
Here's how to contact them:
- Go to Help (?).
- Select the Payroll button in the below.
- Select QuickBooks Advanced Payroll Hub as required. The respective Self-help is displayed.
- If you want to contact support directly, type ‘Chat’ in the ‘Type Something’ field and use Enter.
- Select Ask me a question, Ask the QuickBooks Community or Live chat.
- Select Live chat.
- Enter your question, then select Let's talk.
- Choose to Start a chat with a support expert.
