QuickBooks will not allow me to remove/delay employee pension enrolment

Hi there,

 

First time i have used the community support function so I am hoping someone can assist as QB's support are not helping.

 

One of my employees has entered into their 3 month of employment and when running payroll it has auto enlisted them to the NEST pension scheme, even though I turned off auto enrolment.

 

I have followed the QB's guide to deactivate the employee but the system wont change the status from 'Enrolled'.

 

I tried multiple times over many days, logged out/logged in, removed cashe/cookies from browser, same result.

 

Previewing payroll shows NEST contributions for this employee and their employee information, section; 

 

Workplace pension, loan & other deductions

 

states the following:

 

Pension status
Enrolled (Eligible jobholder)...

 

This employee does not want to be in the scheme, pay day is tomorrow.

QB's support state its an error, high priority, working on it.

 

Firstly, is anyone else experiencing this issue and secondly is there a work around.
