I'm here to share some information about payslips in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
For security purposes, payslips are password-protected when emailed from QuickBooks. You'll need to enter a unique password to open the document. The password is consists of eight characters and made up of the following:
For example, if your surname is Smith and your NI number is AB234455C, then the password would be smitab23. If you have a surname with less than 4 letters, like the surname Or and the NI number is AB345678C, the password would be orab34.
