Amending the pay amount after payroll has been created but not submitted to HMRC

I have created the pay schedule for the month but I have not yet submitted the FPS. I need to adjust the amount recorded for an employee, how do I make this adjustment without deleting the whole payroll.

Making a payroll adjustment requires special tools. You'll want to contact our payroll support to assist you with it.

 

Here's how to reach out:

  1. Click (?) Help, then Contact Us.
  2. Type a brief description of your concern, then hit Let's talk.
  3. Click Start a chat.
  4. Enter your personal information, then snap the Submit button.
